Family Supportive Services
Family Supportive Services is a program modeled in accordance with My Home, Your Home’s mission statement “Bringing families hope, one individual at a time”. Family Supportive Services goal is to assist families whom need help to establish their own skills to live independent lives. This program focuses on assisting families who are involved in the Child Welfare System, recovering from substance abuse and its attendant issues, involved in the criminal justice system, and those families/individuals who are suffering or recovering from childhood or domestic abuse.
Family Supportive Services offers help in the following areas:
- Parent Assistance,
- Mentoring,
- Home Management,
- Housing Assistance
- Supervised Visitations,
- Daily Living Skills Training
- Life Skills Training.

The overall objectives
of MHYH are:
- Stable placements for children and youth in treatment foster care
- Safe housing and services to help homeless young women become self-sufficient and obtain permanent housing
- Safety, security, welfare and care to adolescent males
- Services that strengthen and stabilize families
- Services and training that promote stabilization and self-sufficiency
