Edward (Ed) Konkol – Chair

Governance Committee

Mr. Konkol is the former Youth Services Division Administrator of Milwaukee County’s Department of Human Services. Mr. Konkol has more than 34 years of child welfare experience in both the public and private sectors. He served for 30 years with Milwaukee County in a variety of child social services roles, including youth services administrator, placement resources manager, program manager for intake and counseling services, and caseworker. He is also the former executive director of Day Care Services for Children Inc., of Waukesha.

Director of Jewish Home and Care Center/Chai Point, responsible for the overall operations of 93 assisted-living and independent-living apartments.

Fund Development Committee- Chair

Ms. Phillips graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering in 2002. She has a rich history of sales and marketing and in October of 2009, she co-founded B2B Dynamix, where they focus on improving sales and marketing. Cate has been volunteering for My Home, Your Home since 2011 and has been instrumental in opening new doors for the agency to obtain grants and increase awareness within the community. She has served on Artworks Board of Directors, volunteers at the YMCA as a sponsor and school mentor and is an active member of Professional Dimensions, serving a variety of committees and the Charitable Fund Board.

Craig Knappmember since 2/13/2012

Mr. Knapp has over 20 years of Sales experience in the Industrial Sales Engineering arena and Pharmaceutical Industry. Currently, he is a Football Coach for Youth Football and Coordinator of Children’s Liturgy of the Word at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hales Corners. In the past, he has been a member of the National Spinal Cord Injury Association – Greater Milwaukee Area Chapter from 1996 to 1999 and was President in 1997. Also, in 1997 he graduated from Future Milwaukee. In addition, he has been a Basketball Coach at various Catholic Grade Schools in Milwaukee County’s Southwest Area. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from UW-La Crosse. Mr. Knapp and his wife, Jana, are blessed with boy/girl twins born in 1999.

Richard (Dick) Hoffmannmember since 4/26/2013

Finance Committee – Chair

Mr. Hoffmann graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a BS in Accounting in 1966. He later obtained his CPA license while working as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. for eight years. He then worked as the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club’s Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer for over 20 years. Later in his career Mr. Hoffmann worked as Chief Financial Officer for Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin and for Jewish Family Services, Inc. He is a former board member for the Pewaukee Area Historical Society and New Concept Self-Development Center, Inc.

Christina Felskimember since 03/03/2014

Ms. Felski has over 10 years of non-profit experience working directly with the people at places like the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, and Public Allies Milwaukee. She is currently doing her second year apprenticeship at Journey House providing life empowering programming for teen girls. Christina is currently working on finishing her BA in Business Management at Lakeland College. She was also a resident of Lissy’s House 9 years ago.

Manadra Raineymember since 03/03/2014

Ms. Rainey is a community relations, fund development and marketing professional who has worked in highly visible positions whereby finding value-add through resource management, working across boundaries to improve economic self- sufficiency, and developing and maintaining partnerships to further embed organizational brands are primary responsibilities. Manadra Rainey currently works with the Milwaukee Center for Independence; a non-profit organization that assists individuals and families with special needs to better live and work in the community. As the Community Relations Manager, Manadra serves a vital role in engaging the community through building relationships with donors, volunteers and internal stakeholders. Manadra holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Southern University’s Nelson Mandela School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs located in Baton Rouge, LA.

Edward Wright Jr.member since 5/15/2014

Mr. Wright is the sole proprietor of the Wright Law Office, LLC., since 2011. He held the office of Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County from 2009-2011. Mr. Wright served with the US Navy J.A.G. Corp as a Litigation Support Clerk and also received the US Navy Flag Letter of Commendation. Mr. Wright also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Running Rebels here in Milwaukee.

Gene Gilchristmember since 7/24/2014

Mr. Gilchrist is Owner of Gene Gilchrist Consulting. Among Mr. Gilchrist’s accomplishments are time served as the Executive Director at the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, Associate Vice President for Health Affairs at University of Louisville, and Vice President of Administrative Affairs at St. Cloud State University. Mr. Gilchrist earned his Bacahelor of Arts of Mathematics at the State University of New York College at Plattsburghj, and he went on to earn his Ph.D in Higher Education at the University at Albany. Mr. Gilchrist currently serves as a board member at the Milwaukee Area Technical College Foundation.

Brenda Jashinskymember since 9/26/2014

Ms. Jashinsky has over ten years of experience in process management. She joined the American Society for Quality in Milwaukee as Program Developer in 2013. Ms. Jashinsky’s past experience includes working as a Bankruptcy Analyst and Department Trainer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and as a Customer Resolution Manager, Litigation Specialist and Special Projects Coordinator for Washington Mutual. Ms. Jashinsky spent four years as a Program Leader for Wandani Youth Outreach Girls Program and has received the Service Leader Award three years in a row. Ms. Jashinsky completed her education with a BA in Communications, Management and Technology at Alverno College in 2010.
